Nasty Gal Holiday

I still cannot believe Christmas is next week. I think that exact sentence is a common thing we all say, well, just about every year. The holidays really have a tendency to sneak up on you!! I correlate this to getting older. When I was younger each day leading up to Christmas felt like a long, agonizing journey. When you're older and trying to keep your head above water- those days fly by! 

But this year is pretty stress free for me. A lot of my family will be out of town or working so it shall be a mellow occasion. But New Year's on the other hand...oh boy. No clue what I'm doing there. Of course we waited too late in the game and everywhere we want to go costs about a million dollars/night. I am not even exaggerating. (ok i am) But nonetheless, so pricey! Wish me luck that my wish to escape LA for the New Year comes true :)
