Summer Scents with Sephora

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, I LOVE SUMMER! The weather, the energy, the long days and crazy nights!

In honor of my favorite season, I’ve teamed up with Sephora to talk about their newest Clean Reserve scent ‘Acqua Neroli’ and how it reminds me of my favorite summer moments. 

This scent really does capture the essence of the season: it’s bright with floral citrus notes along with my other favorite scent of jasmine. Are you longing for the beach yet?!

I have so many amazing memories from around this time of year. But funnily enough, one that sticks out in my mind would be from high school! When the school year would be drawing closer to the end, and the weather was gorgeous, my girlfriends and I would sometimes ditch our last class and drive over to beach. Since it was always spontaneous we would literally be sitting on the beach in our school uniforms! Haha, oh memories.

Wella Light Luminous Hair oil

Today I want to talk about something I get asked about a lot- my hair! 

Over the years I’ve had some hits and misses when it comes to dying and caring for my treated locks. I’ve learned a lot so I’ve teamed up with Wella to share some tips and favorite products with you babes!

It took me way too long to realize that hair care doesn’t end once you leave the salon chair. One essential item for me now is hair oil. 

My hands down favorite is Wella’s Light Luminous Reflective Oil. It detangles, provides instant luminosity and smoothness and has an amazing fresh smell from the camellia oil. This one is very light compared to other oils - No heavy, greasiness over here.

If you are new to hair oils, the application is super simple. Just apply 1-2 pumps to the hands, then evenly distribute the product throughout the mid-length and ends of your hair. I use it on my damp hair after a shower or on my dry hair after it’s been styled and curled. My hair literally looks glowing!

I highly recommend the Light Luminous Reflective Oil especially if you fight with dull, dry ends like myself. It’s seriously amazing the 180 change you’ll see when your ends get nourishment!
